When one is this far behind on adding a post to one's blog...it's just sad. Any followers have since moved on to more loyal posters. However I am back and with diligence and fervor to offer, well let's not get to carried away, Iam back. That being said, we got a dog the kids named him Sherman.
We watched the World Cup and cheered for Germany. Yes we are brainwashing our children, but doesnt?
Theo is the best big brother on the planet. He makes no qualms about Kylie's pleadings to play princess, but joins in without holding back. Although he does make sure the ratio of princess to bad guys is even if not in favor of bad guys.
We visited Branden's mom in Florida and celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. Holy smokes where has the time gone?! This man id amazing enough said
Thad is our 3rd child he breaks the mold and reminds us that we know nothing about parenting. He's a hoot and loves to laugh and cannot get enough of the outdoors.
They really do love each other
Kylie is growing into a sweet caring and intense young lady. Contrary to how she may look at you or ignore you she loves people dearly and cares about the details of one's life.
And I recently joined a new cult...I say cult just because I have an insatiable appetite for everything that is this company. Young Living Essential Oils, and oh my word my grandmother would be proud of me getting in touch with my hippie side., but these babies work and are so helpful in keeping our family healthy and nipping sickness in the bud. But enough of that.
All that to say we are back, we didn't fall off the side of the planet, and we will try to keep this up at least until baby #4 comes. Then it's a whole new ballgame!

On the Move...again
Ok so a lot has happened since Sept., first off we are no longer residents of Dubuque IA.
At the end of Sept. Branden was pursued by a head hunter asking him if he would be interested in a job near Wichita KS. We were curious, but reserved, we had a church we love, friends and a wonderful small group. With much prayer and some tears we found ourselves packing up our house once more! Move number 10 was in progress, we said our goodbyes and set off on another adventure.
As of right now we are located in my parents basement, oddly enough I dont recall thinking I would ever live with my parents after getting married, but so far we've done it several times, thank goodness there house is always open. Branden is loving his new job with Excel Industries, who makes Hustler and Big Dog lawn mowers. And we just put an offer on a house closer to his job! Hopefully by the 3rd week of Nov. we will be moved in to our new home and well on our way to adjusting to life in KS.
The kids are all doing well, Theo being on his 7th move has adjusted quickly, Kylie is very reserved and in constant need of reassurance, and Thad is fine and dandy-he has sprouted two teeth and taken up crawling since we moved in with May may.
So there's an update with pictures and more news to come

Sunshine+Sand+Ritas=Beach Vacation!
Friday Morning we took off on our adventure to Florida, an adventure it was! The kids were champion flyers and a many "thanks" to the sweet strangers that helped keep our kids happy and even helped with out luggage we coudnt have done it without you, well at least not smoothly.
The adventure was full of warm sunshine, palm trees, open markets, fresh fruit, salty & fresh water and more than anything else sand!
The kids took to the water like they had been deprived of it their whole lives and it was the last day on earth; needless to say there were several occasions where tears were shed over leaving the beach, the kids even cried a little bit too.
I have to be honest we are not to sand, but something Theo developed an unusual relationship with the sand one where neither desired to part with the other! Sand clung to him like velcro, he looked as though he were covered in some kind of nitty gritty fur and water only made that special relationship bond tighter! Next time mom will be prepared with her bottle of baby powder!
Thad adapted well to Floridian life, but more than anything he loved the extra cuddles and kisses from Grandma!
Theo created more than one unusual bond at the beach, he also would not part with his goggles! Whether at the beach or not, indoors or out, resturant or walmart, sleeping or bathing...
Kylie was happier than a clam, after we got her ear infection under control, she loved all the sand and splashing about in the sunshine. She wasnt so crazy about the ocean for fear of snakes...but loved the tidal pools we visited.
We even found a Rita's in Vero Beach where we introduced Grandma and the kiddos to some "Water Ice", nothing quite as satisfying after a hot day on the beach as a Ritas!!! More than one trip was made to Ritas, you can be sure of that.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and time with family, thanks Grandma Lucky.

Mostly Thad
Bath time has to be his absolute favorite, mainly due to the fancy tub his Pop Pop bought him. And I'll say I am a firm believer in the Tummy Tub!
And in true Whitetree fashion this little man is keeping up with the tradition of having many special facial expressions.
"First I was afraid, I was Petrified!"
Just chillin with his Poppop, who happens to have the magic touch. Thad can be crying and as soon as
he hears Poppop's voice he'll stop.
I ended up making the kids pjs pants for the summer and bought them some tank tops, Theo is now obessesed with them and is starting to take on a whole new look.
Kylie takes after her Mama, she loves her chocolate!
"Look Grandma, I've got my shades and I am all ready to come to Florida!"
Takin after his big brother, something about these Whitetree boys and the strongest little calves around.
The awesome part about it finally being nice out is that we can be outside and hit up all the awesome parks! We meet up with our friends usually twice a week, this park was really cool it had several different playgrounds (with great old school equipment) and a huge open area with hills just to run and play. The other neat thing was that they had a bunch of farm animals the kids could pet, or seeing how the kids take after their mama-farm animals they could look at while standing a safe distance away! Those things are out to get me, I swear, especially the chickens!
The best part of the park however, wasnt the chickens, but the train. They had a tractor pulling carts the kids could ride in around the whole park. And it was all free, yay for not spending money and having a blast.
This was a crazy update, but life has been a little nuts with 3 little ones and as life would have it Thad is teething so not much is getting done. Hopefully I will find myself at the keyboard much sooner next time.
